eBike technology explained

Hey everyone!

As a proud Lectric XP 3.0 owner, I've been absolutely loving my rides around town and on some light trails. It got me thinking about all the cool tech packed into these bikes, especially with the different assist levels and pedal-assist vs. throttle. What's one piece of eBike technology you find most fascinating or wish you understood better, perhaps specific to Lectric models? I'm curious to hear what makes your gears turn (pun intended!).
