eBike vs traditional bike comparison

Been thinking a lot lately about the eBike vs. traditional bike debate, especially when it comes to fat tire bikes. I've got a traditional fat tire bike that I love for winter trails and beach rides – it's a real workout, but so much fun.

Lately, I've seen a lot of folks on e-fat bikes zipping up hills I'm grinding up, and it's got me wondering. For those of you who've ridden both a traditional fat tire and an e-fat tire bike, what are your thoughts? Do you feel like the e-assist takes away from the "workout" aspect too much, or does it open up new possibilities for longer rides and more challenging terrain without completely gassing you?
