eBike technology explained

Hey everyone!

Been loving my RadRover 6 Plus for my daily commute (about 10 miles round trip, mixed city and bike paths). It got me thinking about all the cool tech packed into these bikes. I'm curious, what's one piece of eBike technology, especially on Rad Power Bikes, that you find most fascinating or maybe even a bit confusing?

For me, it's the nuances of the pedal assist systems – how they sense torque versus cadence and how that translates to power delivery. What's your take or what tech would you love to see explained more?
