New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Super excited to finally jump into the eBike world, and I've been eyeing fat tire models specifically. I live in an area with a lot of sandy trails and some pretty snowy winters, so the extra traction really appeals to me. For those of you who started with a fat tire eBike, what's one piece of advice you wish you knew before your first purchase or ride? I'm curious about everything from motor types to tire pressure for different terrains!
