New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just picked up my first eBike, an AiPAS, and I'm super stoked to finally join the club! I've been eyeing them for a while, and the AiPAS really caught my eye for its city commuting capabilities. My main goal is to replace my car for daily 10-mile round trips to work, mostly on paved roads with a few gentle hills. For those of you who've been riding AiPAS bikes for a while, what are your absolute must-have accessories or first upgrades you'd recommend for a newbie like me? I'm thinking about things like a good lock, maybe a phone mount, but I'd love to hear from experienced riders!
