eBike insurance recommendations

Hey everyone!

Just got myself a new fat tire eBike, and I'm absolutely loving it for my daily commute and weekend trail rides – it handles everything from snowy paths to sandy trails like a champ. I'm starting to think about insurance though, especially with the investment these bikes are. Has anyone here had good experiences with specific eBike insurance providers for their fat tire beasts? I'm curious about coverage for theft, damage, and maybe even liability. Any recommendations or warnings would be super helpful!
