Best eBike brands overall

Hey everyone!

Been lurking around here for a bit and finally decided to jump in with a discussion I'm super curious about. I'm looking to upgrade my commuter ebike (currently a pretty basic one I use for 10-mile round trips on mostly paved paths) and I'm wondering what brands you all consider to be the "best overall" out there right now.

I know "best" is subjective, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on brands that consistently deliver on quality, reliability, customer service, or maybe even innovative features, regardless of whether it's a city cruiser, mountain eMTB, or cargo bike. What brands have impressed you the most, and why? Looking forward to hearing your experiences!
