eBike vs traditional bike comparison

I've been thinking a lot lately about the eBike vs. traditional bike debate, especially after seeing more and more folks on both types of rides on my local trails. For those of you who've made the switch or ride both regularly, what's your take on the biggest differences you've experienced, particularly for longer rides or hilly terrain?
