eBike insurance recommendations

Hey Engwe fam!

Been loving my Engwe Engine Pro for daily commutes and weekend trail rides, but it got me thinking about insurance lately. With these bikes being such an investment, especially with the battery tech, I'm wondering if any of you have looked into eBike specific insurance? What companies have you found to be good, and what kind of coverage should I be looking for – theft, damage, liability?
