eBike insurance recommendations

Hey everyone!

Just got my new fat tire eBike a few weeks ago and I'm absolutely loving it – been hitting some gnarly trails and even commuting a bit. It wasn't cheap, and with all the stories about theft and accidents, I'm starting to think about insurance. Does anyone have any good recommendations for eBike insurance providers, especially for a fat tire beast like mine?
