Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Just got my RadRover 6 Plus a few weeks ago and I'm absolutely loving it for my daily commute and weekend trail rides. It got me thinking though, with eBikes becoming so popular, especially powerful ones like Rads, how are you all navigating the legal regulations in your area? I'm mostly curious about things like speed limits on bike paths, throttle usage, and whether anyone's run into issues with Class 2/3 definitions. What's been your experience or understanding of the rules where you ride?
