eBike technology explained

Hey Aventon fam!

I've been riding my Aventure.2 for a few months now, mostly on paved trails and some light gravel, and I'm absolutely loving it. It got me thinking about all the tech packed into these bikes. Things like torque sensors vs. cadence, different motor types (hub vs. mid-drive), and battery management systems are fascinating but sometimes a bit of a black box.
