eBike insurance recommendations

Hey everyone!

Just got myself a sweet new fat tire eBike, and I'm absolutely loving it for cruising around town and hitting some light trails. It's a pretty significant investment, and it got me thinking about insurance. Does anyone here have recommendations for eBike insurance, especially for a fat tire model? I'm curious about coverage for theft, damage, and maybe even liability. What companies have you had good experiences with?
