eBike insurance recommendations

Hey everyone!

Just got my new fat tire eBike (a sweet Rambo Roamer!) and I'm absolutely loving it for cruising around the local trails and even some snow riding this past winter. It wasn't cheap, and honestly, the thought of it getting stolen or damaged is keeping me up at night. I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with eBike insurance, especially for fat tire models? Are there specific providers you'd recommend, or things I should look out for in a policy?
