Common eBike problems and solutions

Been riding my Aventure.2 for a few months now, mostly commuting about 15 miles round trip on mixed city streets and some light trails. Overall, it's been fantastic, but I'm curious what common issues or quirks other Aventon owners have run into? Have you experienced anything like brake rub, motor cut-outs, or battery drain that seemed unusual, and more importantly, what solutions did you find? Let's share some wisdom and help each other out!
