Legal regulations for eBikes

Subject: Navigating eBike Laws - What's your experience, Aventon fam?

Hey everyone!

Just got back from a great ride on my Aventon Aventure.2 – loving the power on the hills around here! It got me thinking about all the different eBike laws out there. I know Aventon bikes are generally Class 2 or 3, but it seems like every state and even some cities have their own quirks regarding speed limits, throttle use, and where we can actually ride.

Has anyone had any confusing experiences with local regulations, or found a really good resource for understanding the rules in your area? I'm particularly curious about trails vs. roads. Would love to hear your insights!
