eBike technology explained

Hey everyone!

Been hitting the trails a lot lately on my full-suspension eMTB, and it got me thinking about all the tech packed into these machines. Specifically, I'm curious about how the different motor systems (Bosch, Shimano, Brose, etc.) actually deliver power on technical climbs or tricky descents. Does anyone have a good explanation of how the torque sensing works and why some motors feel more natural than others, especially when you're trying to feather the power on a loose, steep climb? Would love to hear your insights!
