eBike insurance recommendations

Hey Engwe fam!

So, I've been loving my Engwe Engine Pro for my daily commute and weekend trail rides – it's such a blast! But with the increasing number of e-bikes out there, I've started thinking more seriously about insurance. Has anyone here insured their Engwe, and if so, who did you go with and what kind of coverage do you recommend? I'm curious about theft protection specifically, but also liability. Any insights would be super helpful!
