New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and super excited to dive into the eBike world! I've been doing some research, but honestly, it feels a bit overwhelming with all the different motor types, battery sizes, and bike styles out there. For someone completely new, looking to potentially commute shorter distances (5-10 miles each way) and maybe some light trail riding, where would you even recommend starting? Any specific brands or features I should prioritize looking into first?
