Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone,

Just picked up my new AiPAS X-Treme last week and I'm absolutely loving it for my daily commute and weekend trail rides! It's got me thinking though, with more and more eBikes hitting the roads and paths, the legal landscape seems a bit... fuzzy depending on where you are.

Specifically, I'm curious about how different states or countries handle Class 1, 2, and 3 eBikes, especially regarding speed limits on multi-use paths versus roads. Has anyone had any run-ins or confusion with local regulations, maybe even with a specific AiPAS model? Would love to hear your experiences and insights!
