New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and super excited to dive into the eBike world. I've been eyeing fat tire eBikes specifically, as I live near some awesome sandy trails and snowy paths in the winter – seems like they'd be perfect for year-round fun. For those of you who started with a fat tire eBike, what was your biggest "aha!" moment or the one piece of advice you wish you knew before buying your first one? I'm looking to get into some longer rides, maybe 15-20 miles at a time, so any insights on motor types, battery range, or even must-have accessories would be amazing!
