eBike insurance recommendations

Just picked up a new folding eBike (a Tern Vektron, if anyone's curious!) and I'm absolutely loving the flexibility it offers for commuting and weekend adventures. It's been a game-changer for getting around the city and hopping on trains. This got me thinking about insurance – especially with these bikes being a bit of an investment and so portable.
