Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey Aventon fam!

Just got back from an awesome 20-mile ride on my Aventure 2, mostly on bike paths and some road shoulders, and it got me thinking about eBike laws. Specifically, I'm a bit confused about the Class 1, 2, and 3 regulations and how they apply to Aventon bikes in different states. Does anyone have a good resource or can share their experience with navigating these rules, especially regarding throttle use or speed limits in various areas? It seems like it changes everywhere!
