Been thinking a lot about the tech packed into our mountain eBikes lately. I've got a full-suspension eMTB and absolutely love how it flattens climbs on my local trails, but sometimes I wonder about the nitty-gritty behind the motor and battery management. Specifically, how do different motor types (mid-drive vs. hub) really affect the ride feel and durability when you're tackling steep, technical singletrack for hours? What's your take on the most impactful tech advancements for serious trail riding?
