Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Just got back from a fantastic 30-mile ride on my AiPAS X-Pro, mostly on bike paths and some road shoulders, and it got me thinking about something important. With so many different eBike classes and varying state/local laws, it feels like a bit of a minefield out there sometimes. What are your biggest concerns or confusions regarding eBike regulations, especially for our Class 3 AiPAS bikes? Have any of you had specific experiences (good or bad) dealing with local authorities or park rangers about where you can ride?
