eBike technology explained

Hey everyone!

I've been riding my Aventon Aventure 2 for a few months now, mostly on paved trails and some light gravel, and I'm constantly impressed by how seamlessly the tech integrates. It got me thinking about all the different eBike technologies out there – from hub motors vs. mid-drives, to torque sensors vs. cadence sensors, and even battery chemistries.

For those of you who've been riding for a while or have multiple bikes, what's one piece of eBike technology that you feel truly makes a difference in your riding experience, and why? I'm curious to hear what other riders value most!
