Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey Engwe Owners!

Hope everyone's enjoying their rides! I've had my Engwe Engine Pro for about six months now, put nearly 1000 miles on it commuting and hitting some light trails, and it's been mostly fantastic. However, I'm curious to hear from others: what are some of the most common issues you've encountered with your Engwe bikes, and more importantly, how did you fix them? I'm thinking anything from minor creaks to electrical glitches. Share your wisdom!
