eBike technology explained

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and super excited to dive into all things eBike. I've been riding my Aventon Level.2 for about six months now, mostly for commuting 15 miles round trip with some decent hills, and I'm constantly amazed by how much technology is packed into these things. I'm really curious about the "eBike technology explained" side of things – specifically, what's one piece of tech on your eBike that you find most fascinating or wish you understood better? For me, it's the torque sensor vs. cadence sensor debate and how that really impacts the ride feel!
