eBike technology explained

Just got back from a fantastic 20-mile ride on my RadRover 6 Plus – tackled some decent hills and a bit of gravel, and it performed like a champ! It got me thinking about all the tech packed into these bikes. I'm curious, what's one piece of eBike technology on your Rad Power Bike that you find most interesting or perhaps don't fully understand?
