eBike vs traditional bike comparison

Hey everyone!

Been thinking a lot lately about fat tire bikes and wanted to get some thoughts from the community. I've got a traditional fat tire bike that I love for winter rides and beach cruising, but I'm seriously considering an e-fat bike for my next purchase. For those of you who've ridden both, especially on sand or snowy trails, how does the e-assist truly change the experience compared to a regular fat tire? Is it worth the extra weight and cost for the added power, or does it take away from the "workout" aspect too much?
