Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Just got my new Lectric XP 3.0 and I'm absolutely loving it for my daily commute and weekend trail rides. It got me thinking, with so many different eBike classes and state laws, how do you all navigate the legal regulations for your Lectric bikes? Specifically, have any of you Lectric owners run into issues or had to check specific laws regarding throttle use or speed limits on bike paths in your area? I'm in [mention a general region, e.g., the Northeast/Pacific Northwest/Midwest] and it seems like it's a bit of a patchwork.
