eBike technology explained

Been loving my fat tire eBike lately – it's a beast on the trails, especially with all the mud we've had. I've got a Biktrix Juggernaut, and the torque it puts out is incredible for climbing. I've been wondering, what specific tech do you think makes fat tire eBikes so uniquely capable for off-road adventures and different terrains? Is it mostly the motor's power delivery, or are there other unsung heroes in the tech stack like controllers or battery management systems that really shine in these bigger, heavier bikes?
