Legal regulations for eBikes

Hope you're all enjoying your AiPAS bikes out there. I was just out on a long ride this weekend, probably about 30 miles on a mix of paved trails and some light gravel, and it got me thinking about eBike regulations. Specifically, with our AiPAS bikes being Class 3 (or capable of higher speeds depending on settings), what are your experiences or understanding of the local laws in your area?

Are you finding consistent rules across states/counties, or is it a bit of a patchwork? I'm curious if anyone has run into issues or has tips for staying compliant, especially when traveling with your eBike. Let's discuss!
