Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Just got my new RadRover 6 Plus a few weeks ago and I'm absolutely loving it for my daily commute and weekend trail rides. It got me thinking, though, about all the different eBike regulations out there, especially with Rad Power Bikes being Class 2 by default. What are your experiences with local laws, particularly regarding speed limits or where you can ride? Have any of you had to de-restrict your Rad bikes, and did that cause any issues with local authorities or trail access? Curious to hear what others have encountered!
