That's awesome you're looking to convert your hardtail. Before buying anything, I'd strongly recommend checking your bike's bottom bracket shell width and diameter, and also the rear dropout spacing (usually 135mm for QR, 142/148mm for thru-axle). This is crucial for choosing a compatible motor kit (especially mid-drives) and rear wheel hub motor.
