eBike technology explained

I've been riding my Aventon Aventure.2 for a few months now, mostly on gravel trails and my daily commute, and I'm constantly amazed by how smoothly it handles everything. It got me thinking about the tech behind it all. What specific eBike technologies, especially those Aventon uses, are you most curious about or find most impressive? I'm particularly interested in how the torque sensor really makes a difference compared to cadence sensors, and what other "under the hood" stuff makes our rides so great!

That's a great question about torque vs. cadence sensors! I totally agree; a good torque sensor makes a massive difference in how natural the assist feels, especially on hills or when starting from a stop. It's like the bike knows exactly how much push you need. I'm also really impressed by how some of the newer integrated battery designs are making bikes look so much sleeker – it's a small detail but adds a lot to the overall aesthetic and protection.
