How to maintain your commuter eBike

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to kick off a discussion here. I've been commuting on my eBike (a hardtail eMTB, actually) for about 15 miles round trip daily, mostly on paved roads with a few rough patches. I try to keep it clean and lubed, but I'm curious what everyone else does for regular maintenance, especially for a commuter that sees daily action. Are there any specific checks you do weekly, or things you've learned are super important for keeping your eBike running smoothly and safely over time?
