New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and I'm super excited to dive into the eBike world. I'm really leaning towards a fat tire eBike because I love the idea of tackling all sorts of terrain, from sandy beaches to snowy trails, and just generally having a super stable ride. For someone completely new to eBikes, especially fat tires, what are the absolute must-knows or key features I should be looking for? Any advice on brands or specific components for a beginner would be awesome!
