New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and I'm super excited about getting into the eBike world. I'm specifically looking at cargo eBikes because I want to replace some car trips for grocery runs and school pickups (about 5-10 miles round trip, mostly flat suburban roads). For those of you with cargo eBikes, what's one thing you wish you knew before buying your first one, or what's a feature you absolutely can't live without now? I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the options!
