New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and super excited to dive into the eBike world. I've been eyeing a Rad Power Bike, specifically the RadRover 6 Plus, for a while now for commuting and some light trail riding (around 10-15 miles a day). For those of you who started with Rad Power Bikes, what was the absolute first thing you wish you knew or did before your purchase? Any tips for a complete newbie on getting started with a Rad?
