Commuting distance recommendations

Hey everyone!

I'm curious to hear about your commuting experiences on your eBikes. I've been thinking about extending my ride to work from 5 miles to about 12 miles each way, which includes a few decent hills. I'm on a Class 1 hardtail eMTB, and currently, the 5 miles is a breeze, but I'm wondering what you all consider a "comfortable" or "sustainable" daily commuting distance on your eBikes, especially if you're doing it 5 days a week. Any thoughts on range, battery life, or just general rider fatigue for longer hauls?
