Legal regulations for eBikes

Subject: Quick question on eBike laws - especially for Aventon owners!

Hey everyone! Hope you're all enjoying your Aventons out there. I've been loving my Aventure.2 for commuting lately, but it got me thinking about the legal side of things. Specifically, I'm a bit confused about the different eBike classes (1, 2, 3) and how they apply to where we can ride. Are there any specific state or local regulations that Aventon owners should be extra aware of, especially with our Class 2/3 capabilities?
