New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and super excited to dive into the eBike world. I've been eyeing a Rad Power Bike for a while now, probably something like a RadRover or a RadCity for commuting and some light trail riding (around 10-15 miles each way). For those of you who started with Rad Power Bikes, what was the absolute first thing you wish you knew or did before making your purchase? Any tips for a complete newbie on getting started with a Rad?
