New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just picked up my first eBike, an Engwe Engine Pro, and I'm super stoked to join the community! I've been eyeing these for a while, and finally pulled the trigger. My main plan is to use it for commuting about 10 miles each way on paved roads, but also hit some light trails on the weekends. For those of you who've been riding Engwes for a while, what are your top tips for a newbie like me, especially regarding maintenance or accessories that are a must-have? Any common pitfalls to avoid?
