Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone! I just got back from a fantastic 20-mile ride on my Class 1 eMTB through some local trails, and it got me thinking about something important. With so many different types of eBikes out there now, from Class 1 to Class 3, it seems like the legal landscape is a bit of a patchwork.
