eBike vs traditional bike comparison

Hey everyone!

I've been seriously considering upgrading my ride lately, and I'm torn between sticking with a traditional analog bike or finally jumping into the eBike world. I mostly do recreational rides, 20-30 miles on paved paths and some light gravel trails, and I'm curious about the long-term value and overall experience. For those of you who've made the switch or own both, what are your thoughts on the eBike vs. traditional bike comparison, especially from a "marketplace" perspective – like resale value, maintenance costs, and which you find yourself reaching for more often? Is the investment in an eBike truly worth it for that kind of riding?
