New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and I'm super excited to dive into the world of eMTBs! I've been riding traditional mountain bikes for years, mostly hitting blue and some black trails in the local forests, usually 15-20 mile rides. I'm really keen on getting an e-mountain bike to extend my range and tackle some of those climbs I usually dread, but the sheer number of options is a bit overwhelming. For someone new to electric mountain biking, where would you suggest I even begin looking? Any specific brands, motor types, or suspension travel recommendations for someone coming from a traditional trail bike background?
