Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Just got back from a fantastic ride on my Lectric XP 3.0, exploring some new trails near the state park. It got me thinking about all the different eBike laws out there. Does anyone else find it a bit confusing trying to keep up with the varying regulations, especially when crossing state lines or even just moving between different local jurisdictions? I'm curious if anyone has had any run-ins or confusion about where they can legally ride their Lectric, particularly regarding Class 2 vs. Class 3 distinctions on bike paths or multi-use trails. What's your experience been like navigating this?
