eBike technology explained

Hey everyone!

Been riding my eMTB a lot lately, tackling some really steep trails that I never would've tried before, and it got me thinking. How much do you all really understand about the tech inside our eBikes? I know the basics like motors and batteries, but what about things like torque sensors vs. cadence sensors, or the different types of motor controllers? I'm curious to dive a bit deeper – what's one piece of eBike tech you'd love to have explained better, or that you find particularly fascinating?
