Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Just got my new Lectric XP 3.0 and I'm absolutely loving it for my daily commute and weekend trail rides. It got me thinking about all the different e-bike laws out there. Does anyone else find it super confusing trying to keep track of what's legal where, especially with Class 2 vs. Class 3? I'm mostly riding around town and on paved paths, but I'm curious if any of you Lectric owners have run into issues or have tips for understanding the regulations in different states or even within different cities?
